Ms. Lauren Wiemer
My name is Lauren Wiemer and this is my 2nd year as a Special Education teacher at Whitewater High School. I graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI with a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. For my first two years of college, I attended UW-Whitewater and really came to enjoy and feel comfortable in Whitewater, which is one of the big reasons I came to Whitewater to teach. The town and people are very inviting.

As of now, I live in Burlington where I grew up and have lived most of my life. It is a small town about 45 minutes from Whitewater. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, being outdoors, taking my bulldog for walks, and playing sports (specifically basketball and volleyball)!

I am very excited to be working at WHS and being a part of the Whitewater school community!
