The Whitewater City Manager, John Weidl, recently spoke to all students in American Government classes, engaging them in a discussion about local governance. During the visit, the City Manager answered questions that the students had prepared through research and their own experiences in the city. This interaction provided an invaluable opportunity for students to gain insight into the workings of their local government and to learn directly from a key figure in the community.
