We are so proud of all of high school our Battle of the Books competitors!
We had our largest group ever of 8 students competing in 3 teams against our high school Mighty Teacher Team - the Book Buffs, comprised of Mr.Scott Phillips and Mr. Mark Ehlen.
FIRST PLACE - The Final Braincell - last year's champions (38 points) - Letty Trautman, Alex Nelson, and Vivian Harris (only missed one question out of the 20 asked)
SECOND PLACE - Booked and Busy - (27 points) - Rae Breisath, Nina Heim, and Erison Dreksler
THIRD PLACE - Book Bashers - (24 points) - Emilie Bruns and Caitlin Alford
Our first place team will take the STATE test the week of February 23rd, against 74 other teams in the state (10 more than last year!).
Please congratulate ALL of our BOB competitors for jobs well done. They will all be invited to a pizza party the first week of March!
